Daniel is a mediator and city litigation partner with over 20 years’ experience working with businesses and individuals facing complex disputes. Daniel was part of the founding team that launched the commercial litigation department at Stewarts in 2009. Stewarts quickly grew into the UK’s leading litigation-only firm, and he became a partner there in 2013. In 2017, he established a new commercial litigation department at Jury O’Shea.

Daniel also volunteers as a community mediator with Mediation Plus where he mediates neighbour and inter-generational disputes, many of them police-referred.
